Child Abuse (BUACA) was founded in 2001 when it was realized that there
was a need to assist abused children and to help raise awareness of their
plight in Australia. In 2003, the club began to gather momentum and a
group of like minded bikers joined together to commit themselves in
providing assistance to children who have suffered abuse and to also raise
much needed funds for organizations involved in assisting the children and
affected families on a professional basis.
BUACA exists with the intent to create a safer environment for abused
children. We exist as a body of Bikers able to empower children to feel
unafraid of the world in which they live. We are ready to lend support to
our children by involving them with an established, united organisation.
We desire to send a clear message to all involved with the abused child
that this child is part of our organisation, and that we are prepared to
lend our support to them by affiliation and our physical presence. We
stand at the ready to shield these children from further abuse.
We are child support focused. We are not a vigilante group. We do not
search out and hunt down offenders, nor do we pursue those who are under
suspicion of hurting children. Our Members consist of ordinary people who
love their bikes and their kids. We can be business owners, doctors,
lawyers, sales people, mechanics, computer techs and others from all walks
of life that share one common bond ... the love and protection of our
Nation's children. The purpose of the Club is to lend assistance to
children where cases of abuse are bought to our attention and to foster a
brotherhood dedicated to motorcycle riding.
This Club is NOT in any way an Outlaw organisation - it is a Social Club
NOW and ALWAYS.
Monthly Meetings : Are Held the first Friday of each month at 7pm
